Ronissha's path towards television production started during her junior year in High School when a new class was introduced, Video Production. She started out doing small talk shows during class time but soon ventured out to capture live school events. Her passion for film and television production continued throughout her college career. She's worked on several short films and directed numerous on campus events ranging from the homecoming pageants to the annual Commencement exercises.

Her thesis production of The Real Mitches of New York is a spoof of the now widely popular television genre “reality TV”. The Real Mitches of New York is taken from the male POV but incorporates the drama of reality TV in a very comedic way.

Ronissha is currently working as a Post Coordinator for the Love & Hip Hop franchise , K. Michelle: My Life and Stevie J & Joseline Go Hollywood as well as freelancing as a Producer/Production Manager for films. Along with working there, she is an Associate Professor at Long Island University.

She just wrapped production on a sizzle reel entitled Rainbow City. Her fantasy thriller Necromancer (2015 IPFHFF official film selection) has been submitted to several film festivals and the action-comedy, Connie Saves Gilbert, is in post production and is due out in 2016.
